Master Tory has been training in the art of Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan since 1997, 0ver 27 years! And at close to age 50, continues going strong!
Master Tory is an accomplished martial artist who had competed both nationally and internationally.
Master Tory holds ranking Nationally in the Top 10 rankings as well as World Top 10 ranking, for three years in a row with the NASKA (North American Sport Karate Association) women’s traditional weapons and traditional forms.
Master Tory continues training regularly as well as continues to compete, believing that as an instructor and martial arts school owner, it is important to lead by example. In order to build a culture for students that emphasis hard work, perseverance, goal setting and grit, instructors must be filling their own cup through training and competing.
Some background information about Master Tory. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health and human services with an emphasis on Psychology and behavior health. Master Tory worked for close to 20 years in Mental/behavior health in a health care setting until her calling to run her school full time instead of part time. And has been growing and going strong full time for 0ver 10 years.
Our humble beginnings started with a couple nights a week in a shared space and a hand full of students in 2010 to where we are now.
Master Angelo began his martial arts journey began at age 3 (2006) and has been training ever since totally 19 years!
Master Angelo is a Union Endicott High School grad from the class of 2022. Master Angelo currently is an apprentice to learning the ins and outs of business/finance management for the family business.
Mr. Angelo too is an accomplished World and National Top 10 NASKA holder for men’s light welter weight point fighting.
Master Angelo is passionate about teaching his art, as well as teaching point fighting.
